WILL the STICK IT! Balance Beam damage my carpet?
A. No. It is best used on Berber or other indoor/outdoor low pile or commercial carpet. It is not recommended for shag or
Astra turf as it won't properly grip or it might shift on longer pile. It is best to remove the balance beam by rolling it from one
end rather than ripping it quickly off the floor. It will pull up tiny objects your vacuum missed or fuzz...so there have been
reports of slightly cleaner carpets...but no damaged ones!
Which STICK IT! Balance Beam is right for me?
A. The 6 ft. Beam is best suited for toddlers and preschoolers. After that it mostly depends on the interest level of the
gymnast. The 8 ft. Is good for girls beginning as it is long enough to do a cartwheel or single walkover. The 12 ft. Allows for
combinations to be practiced. The standard length 16'5" is popular with the girls who are competing and want to practice
entire routines. As for the STICK IT! ELITE it is extremely popular with the competing gymnasts who are into the sport and
want the feel of the real beam but want the portability as well. The ELITE is also great for those with a carpet covered
practice beam that want the realistic surface. Ultimately it depends on the area where it will be used and the level of interest
of the gymnast.

What is the recommended storage of the product?
A. This product should only be used indoors and stored indoors. The reason for this is due to the adhesive that is
best kept at room temperature. In extreme exposure to cold it is possible for the adhesive to "freeze" if you will and the
shape of the beam will become distorted and not usable until it thaws back to room temperature which can take several
hours. In addition... Extreme exposure to heat is not good as it could cause the adhesive to get "gooey" and potentially ooze.
I am speaking of extreme temperatures... I would not leave the beam in a hot car in the summer...Nor would I
recommend leaving it in the car during the winter. Treat it like a member of the family and it will be fine and last
for years
WHAT IS THE WIDTH?
A. All STICK IT! Balance Beams are 4" wide.
What is your synthetic suede like?
Our synthetic suede is more of an athletic quality/ upholstery grade and is not the typical synthetic suede found in fabric
stores. Most of those suedes are brushed with a softer feel,have no grain and are geared for fine clothing or home decor.
Our synthetic suede has a fine pebble grain on and maintains the suede feel without being slick or shiny. The suede comes
in 27" widths and can be cut to any length.
